The morning opens with organizational discovery, your AI goals, current bottlenecks, and where teams are already experimenting. Use cases surface from that conversation, not a pre-set agenda. The afternoon runs hands-on: active and passive context, plugins, skills, and guardrails, all in a managed sandbox. Every participant, regardless of their role, leaves Day 1 understanding how AI-native delivery actually works. No experience required.
