Speakers
Nic O'Brien is the WW Partner Lead for MAP at AWS. In his role, he collaborates with top partners like Loka. He provides expert industry insights, guidance, and strategic support to help organizations leverage the MAP framework to modernize legacy applications and achieve seamless cloud migrations.
Falko Sieverding is an Applied AI Engineer at OpenAI, helping engineering teams adopt and improve agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle. He brings more than 20 years of experience across enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, application security and AI engineering. He works hands-on with teams to understand their existing workflows and build useful AI integrations, with security and the realities of enterprise IT in mind.
Emma Scharfmann is a research ML engineer at Hugging Face, on the AI for science team. After doing research on how science translates into patents at UC Berkeley, she now works with the scientific and open-source community to build AI tools that help advance science. Currently, she focuses on AI for weather forecasting, and more broadly, on making open-source AI models and datasets more accessible and usable by everyone.
