LOS ALTOS, Calif., June 3, 2026 -- Loka, the Silicon Valley consultancy named Amazon Web Services (AWS) Innovation Partner of the Year 2024 NAMER, announced today that it is a global launch partner for OpenAI models on Amazon Bedrock. With OpenAI models now generally available on Amazon Bedrock, Loka is among a select group of partners chosen to help customers adopt, migrate and build with these models inside their own AWS environment.

The designation recognizes Loka's proven ability to take GenAI and agentic systems into production on AWS. Customers can now access the latest OpenAI models through Amazon Bedrock — alongside Anthropic Claude, Amazon Nova and leading open-source models — without managing a separate cloud, vendor relationship or billing arrangement for their AI. Workloads run in the same AWS account customers already use for their data, applications, identity and security controls.

"For two years, choosing OpenAI often meant running your AI in one place and the rest of your business in another," said Bobby Mukherjee, Founder and CEO of Loka. "With OpenAI now on Amazon Bedrock, that tradeoff is gone — and as a launch partner, Loka is ready to help customers make the move on day one. Since 2023 we've delivered more than 500 GenAI and agentic projects and taken roughly half into production, so we know how to do this quickly and the right way."

To help AWS customers move fast, Loka has published a catalogue of OpenAI-on-AWS offers — spanning migration assessments for teams on OpenAI direct, Azure OpenAI and in regulated industries, plus a build engagement for net-new GenAI projects — each 100% funded by AWS for qualified customers.

Loka's launch-partner work builds on a track record of production deployments in demanding, regulated environments. Working with Experity, the largest software provider for the urgent care space serving roughly 7,000 clinics, Loka built two HIPAA-compliant AI tools on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon AgentCore — an AI Scribe and an agentic Care Agent — on an aggressive three-to-four-month timeline.

"We partnered with Loka, and they came up with a great architecture. We had a very aggressive timeline, start to finish about three or four months, and building on AWS and using AWS services allowed us to scale and get to market very quickly," said Chris Hoffman, Chief Architect at Experity. "We're now live on about 2,000 providers and they're seeing a reduction in times per visit between 5 and 15 minutes per encounter."

As a launch partner, Loka helps customers benchmark OpenAI models against their existing setup, design a target AWS architecture, and migrate or build with the security, compliance posture and cost controls that production workloads require — keeping data inside the customer's AWS boundary throughout.
